Recipe: Beef & Tater-Tot Casserole

Here's another recipe Carolyn sent me...I haven't tried it yet but it sounds really, really tempting!

 1 lb raw ground beef pressed into greased (sprayed) 9x9 glass baking dish
Sprinkle ½ finely chopped onion on top of raw beef
Spread 1 can cream of mushroom soup on top of onion
Place slices of cheese on top of mushroom soup, completely covering mushroom soup
Place tater tot’s on top of the cheese covering them as much as possible (I line them up in rows)
Bake 350* for 1 hour
This tastes much better than it looks…trust me!
